Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InterviewAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including organisations and individual account holders.
2. Description of Service
InterviewAI provides an AI-powered candidate interview platform. Organisations ("Customers") create job listings, generate AI interview links, and review candidate responses. Candidates participate in voice-based AI interviews. The Service operates on a credit-based billing model where credits are consumed per interview minute.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to access the Service as a Customer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
4. Credits and Billing
Access to interview sessions is governed by a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per interview minute consumed. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Purchased credits do not expire unless the account is terminated for breach of these terms. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: collect data unlawfully, harass or discriminate against candidates, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or conduct interviews for unlawful hiring purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Candidate Data
As a Customer, you act as the data controller for candidate personal data collected through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring candidates are informed about data collection and processing in accordance with applicable law. InterviewAI processes candidate data as a data processor on your behalf.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InterviewAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any job descriptions, questions, and content you upload to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits at the time of voluntary termination may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about the Service or a purchase, please contact us at support@tauga.ai. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.
For billing-specific complaints or refund disputes, contact billing@tauga.ai. As Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments on our behalf, billing disputes may also be raised directly with Paddle via paddle.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved through these channels, you retain the right to contact your card issuer or bank.
