Refund Policy

1. Overview

InterviewAI operates on a prepaid credit system. This policy describes the circumstances under which refunds are granted for credit purchases made through the platform. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Credits were purchased but not used, and a refund is requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • A technical fault on our platform caused credits to be deducted without a completed interview session.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Credits that have been fully or partially consumed.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Account termination resulting from a breach of our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated interview content or scores (these are subjective outputs).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@tauga.ai with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Partial Refunds

If a portion of purchased credits have been used, we may at our discretion issue a partial refund for the unused balance, provided the request is within the 30-day window.
